Change Yourself - Change Your Life.
This blog is about how to transform your life for the better, manifest your true will and live as you wish with more money, better health, and better relationships both intimate and professional. What we think, i.e. our inner thoughts and emotions are like magnets that repel and attract people, events and situations that manifest in our lives, wanted or unwanted. In other words, what we think and feel creates our reality, good, bad or indifferent.
While we all may believe we are making our best choices; scientifically it has been known for a long time that we are in fact driven by unconscious subliminal impulses based on past programming that we had little to no awareness of, some of which holds us back from the very life we want.
I think you will agree with me that this is not free will by any measure. It excites me to share with you this book about how you purge your old stuck encoding that holds you back and replace it with your desired vision and intentions so that you can have the life you so desire. To accomplish this, I will endeavor to give you, the reader, a brief grounding in the way our brains are structured, their chemistry and how that creates perception and how perception creates destiny.
I will lay out how to integrate new electronic technology from free downloads on the internet and how to pair them with the ancient organic practice of meditative affirmations in order that you can effectively bring into being a path of liberation, success, and happiness. Old destructive patterns are often the product of years of entrenched subconscious encoding which may take time and commitment to change, depending on who you are and where this material meets you in your life and circumstances.
That said, some changes can occur relatively quickly - even within days while others may take more time because what you are going to be doing is to replace those parts of your neural network that may have caused you an unwanted reality.
You Are Broadcasting Subliminally All the Time:

What I need to make clear is that your mind is constantly electromagnetically broadcasting to others and the world at large who you think you are, what you feel you deserve and believe about yourself. Those transmissions determine your day-to-day life quality and your destiny as well. In other words, you get what you expect whether you want it consciously or not.
I want to give you, the reader, an understanding and full grasp of how things work and how this material is derived because to apply it you must appreciate and take control of this information in an active manner and apply it consistently in order to transform your own subconscious encoding and create your life to be exactly the way you want it.
The State of Play:
Amid extreme polarization, war, and a hurricane of dis and misinformation about virtually everything, there exists simultaneously a great shift in consciousness from the primal meanderings of the subconscious towards a powerful wakeful consciousness that enables us to contour our lives as we wish – a manifested destiny infused with joy on the greatest scale imaginable through new understanding of neuroscience and its simple application in concert with ancient spiritual technology.
When you are reading this Book, you will be given the critical understanding, and tools required to take control of your life like never before. I will explain how to unlock a new level of intelligence and creativity, tap into a vast reservoir of happiness, connection, inspiration, prosperity, and power. No matter your current achievements, you have only scratched the surface of your potential. This hidden gift within you is a powerful creative technology far beyond what you have ever imagined. If you are the recipient of this innovative book that is exactly what you are about to do.
“The light of consciousness illumines the world.
The world reflects this splendor.
Energy and matter, essence, and manifestation,
Reveal each other to each other.
Individual soul and cosmic energy,
Pulsing heart and infinite awareness
Are secret lovers, always merging in oneness.
When the secret slips out there is laughter
And a flash of brilliance in the air.”
From The Radiance Sutra by Lorin Roche, PhD.
We are both the truth and the untruth strangely mixed - the self-effulgent light of the world, pure and perfect spirit as vast as the never-ending sky and a long subterranean shadow suffering from emotional distortions and fictive projections myriad in uncountable layers of mind. We are both day and night, Hadit and Nuit, Motion and Matter, Light and Darkness in a sacred alchemical marriage.
Change your Brain - Change your Life: Your fate is determined by both the positive and negative thoughts and feelings you carry inside. These feelings and thoughts constantly broadcast out into the world, not only your expectations of yourself but also the expectations of others towards you which shapes your reality, for example: When you apply for a job or are interested in a romantic relationship.
By integrating some of the classical eastern meditation methods in combination with sound wave therapy I will show you how to transform your reality free of doubt and fear so that you can manifest the life you really want.
This blog is a journey of exploration that reveals the incredible power within us and how to eliminate unwanted thoughts, feelings and negative encoded patterns that create undesirable circumstances and events in our lives, such as lack of money, poor health, and other forms of absence that undermine our happiness and fulfillment. In this text, I will explain the power of sound waves and their impact on the brain, how they transform, a little bit about their historical uses for both good and ill, and how we can harness them to radically improve our lives. At the heart of this cosmic symphony of electromagnetic vibrations that we are all part of lies a vast spectrum, a continuum of oscillating waves that traverse the expanse of infinite space and that energy is pure consciousness and connects all things.
Donald Hoffman, a cognitive scientist, has developed intriguing theories that connect neuroscience, physics, and consciousness. His ideas challenge traditional views and propose a radically different understanding of reality.
Conscious Realism: Hoffman extends this idea with his theory of Conscious Realism, which posits that consciousness is fundamental to the universe. He argues that what we perceive as physical objects are merely symbols in a conscious agent’s interface. This theory suggests that consciousness itself is the primary reality, and what we consider the physical world emerges from the interactions of conscious agents.
Mathematical Models and Quantum Mechanics: Hoffman uses mathematical models and concepts from quantum mechanics to support his theories. He proposes that the structures of our perceptions can be understood through the lens of quantum systems, which are inherently probabilistic and non-deterministic. This approach aims to bridge the gap between the subjective experience of consciousness and the objective world described by physics.
Beyond Spacetime: In his more recent work, Hoffman suggests that spacetime itself is not the fundamental framework of reality. Instead, he proposes that consciousness and its experiences exist beyond spacetime. This idea aligns with some interpretations of quantum mechanics, where the observer plays a crucial role in determining the state of a system.
Hoffman’s theories are part of a broader effort to understand consciousness by integrating insights from neuroscience, physics, and evolutionary biology. They offer a provocative perspective that challenges our conventional understanding of reality and consciousness.”
The Big Takeaway: The big takeaway from Hoffman’s ideas is that consciousness rules over materiality not the other way around. In other words, we take in what we see around us and interpret it as verifiably concrete reality and intuitively accept it, i.e. we make an incorrect assumption about cause and effect and consequently fall victim to it.
For example: The subconscious belief that money is scarce may lead to a pattern of decisions that reinforce this belief. We might pass up opportunities for financial growth because we unconsciously believe that success is not possible for us. Even with feelings of optimism and confidence in our ability to produce income without our conscious consent our subconscious mind may direct us to actions that keep us in a state of financial struggle leading to poor financial decisions or avoiding opportunities out of fear that could improve the situation. These emotions may be rooted in childhood experiences and trigger behaviors that perpetuate financial difficulties. The subconscious mind operates beneath the threshold of conscious awareness, processing information and experiences without our explicit recognition. Unlike the conscious mind, which engages in deliberate reasoning and decision-making, the subconscious mind functions automatically, driven by ingrained patterns and past experiences. This dichotomy between conscious and subconscious processes is pivotal in understanding how the latter can dictate behavior despite our conscious efforts to the contrary.
Interface Theory of Perception:
“Hoffman’s Interface Theory of Perception suggests that what we perceive is not an accurate representation of reality but rather a user interface designed by evolution to enhance survival. According to Hoffman, our perceptions are like icons on a computer desktop—useful for navigating the world but not reflective of the underlying reality.
Hi Steven, That is a tall order - don't know if I can stop critical thinking...
wonderful insights - I am eager to explore further.
